The application is a custom-built Windows application and resides on a desktop which uses Windows
log-in permissions for access.
The data is stored in several databases. The application serves as a
data warehouse by integrating all the internal systems' data. All exceptions
are reported. Any corrections to the data can be made within the application.
Reports are in text or graphical format. Customer reports can be generated in Excel
or PDF format.
